CALKINS GASKET ANALYSIS
Our experience indicates that facilities are using incorrect gasket materials 10 percent of the time, leading to unnecessary downtime. Determining the right gasket requires data beyond a pump model number, such as variable or constant load, the range of operating temperatures and the nature of the materials in contact with the gasket.
Calkins service techs can do ASTM F36, ASTM F38 and other analytics to ensure you are using the optimal gaskets for your application.
